The open session on Thursday 6th of March included detailed presentations of our working parties as well as a special report on the Faro Convention by Sarah Wolferstan (CoE).

The 9th Heritage Symposium, organised by Peter Schut and Mircea Angelescu, was dedicated to different aspects of the listing and protection of archaeological remains (see abstracts)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Saturday 8th of March, the organized excursion took the participants of the symposium to the romantic Castle of Bran and the baroque Castle of Peleş in Sinaia.

The very warm welcome of our Romanian colleagues was appreciated by all the participants. Thanks again!
